About Tim.

For 20+ years, I’ve led immersive brand experiences for global conferences, flagship environments, mobile tours, product launches, and large-scale live moments for some of the world’s most recognized companies. My work lives at the intersection of branding, storytelling, and physical space—translating complex ideas into tangible, high-impact environments that engage customers, partners, and investors.

I lead ideas from first spark to final build—shaping narrative, spatial journeys, visual systems, 3D environments, graphics, digital touchpoints, and production strategy into cohesive experiences. I build multidisciplinary teams, align creative with budgets and fabrication realities, and ensure what’s imagined can actually be built—beautifully and at scale.

I don’t just design how things look.
I design how they work.
How people move.
How brands feel in real life.
And how audiences leave changed.

I’ve rebuilt mobile vehicles into roaming brand worlds. Reimagined briefing centers into award-winning destinations. Transformed empty halls into fully immersive ecosystems. And increasingly, I integrate emerging technologies and AI-powered workflows to expand ideation and sharpen execution.

At the core: I move people—through products, stories, environments, and moments that matter.

Creative Director

Lead cross-disciplinary creative teams from concept through execution, driving brand-aligned experiential strategy across trade shows, conferences, launches, and small to large-scale events and experiences, supported by AI-enhanced ideation and planning.

Direct client-facing creative development, shaping narratives, customer journeys, and multi-concept solutions using a blend of human insight and AI-assisted strategy to exceed business objectives.

 

Manage, mentor, and grow direct reports while fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture, leveraging AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency, exploration, and team development.

Senior Creative Director

Creative Director and designer specializing in brand and digital experiences, brand strategy, graphic design and print production, advertising, UI/UX design, 3D design, architecture, and interior design.

 

Serves as creative lead and manages creative teams, drawing together Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, Content Strategists, 3D Designers, and Developers to produce stand-out campaigns and experiences from concept to execution.

 

Hands-on work experience (I’m a “do-er”) and management experience (I can lead a team).

Accountable for the overall quality of the creative concept and its execution.

Associate Creative Director

Lead creative design development of concepts and ideas for the Microsoft Store across a range of media including but not limited to display signage, event collateral, direct mail, and online assets.

 

Attend all briefs, internal reviews and client presentations of projects. Actively participate and listen to feedback for integration of brief requirements.

 

Work with Producers and account team members to make sure all project mandatories and schedules are adhered to thoroughly. Assist ECD/Creative Director(s) in and providing timely feedback for annual performance reviews.

Director of Creative Production

Responsible for leading the creative direction and production for multiple clients: including concept development, creative design and file production, budget development and management, vendor sourcing and management, and client communication.

 

Lead Designer for all clients: visual centers, style guides, logo design and brand identity systems, event signage plans, 2D/3D concepts, designs and plans for brand experiences, trade shows, retail and mobile environments; advertising, print collateral, apparel design, UI/UX and front-end design for applications such as ipads, iphones, micro sites and other interactive content.

 

Manage, mentor and art direct all freelance designers and external resources such as designers, copywriters, illustrators, 3D designers, animators, videographers, web designers, and photographers.

Art Director

Art director for the shoppers marketing arm of Saatchi & Saatchi

Designed and developed multiple in-store marketing and strategy plans

 

Designed in-store promotional materials such as advertisements, end-aisle/counter-top displays, packaging, header cards, shelf-talkers, coupon booklets, and brochures

Produced 3D and environmental designs, including store/aisle layout and product displays

Prepared and directed all photo shoots in relation to clients’ campaigns
